§ 09 · Questions

Ask before you pre-order.

  • Q.01When does it ship?

Q3 2026, to the US and internationally. Pre-orders are processed in the order they're received — Batch 01 ships first.

  • Q.02Where do my API keys go?

Nowhere. Keys stay on your machine. Nothing logged, nothing stored, the whole stack is open source — verify it yourself.

  • Q.03How does setup work?

Plug it in, join the device's Wi-Fi from your laptop, paste your API keys into the captive portal. No app, no env vars, no config files.

  • Q.04What does it count?

Input tokens, output tokens, streaming responses, and cached reads — summed across every provider in real time.

  • Q.05Does it charge my laptop?

Yes. There's a 110W inverter inside — 2× USB-C out. One wall plug powers your laptop and the counter.

  • Q.06Are the flips real?

Real mechanical flaps. You'll hear them every time you spend a token.
